Returns

What’s your return policy?

We always try our best to help you find the right product for your size and preferences (take a look at those handy product descriptions before making a purchase). But! We know sometimes things don't always work out.

If there’s something wrong with your order and you're interested in making a return, please let us know within 14 days of your delivery by contacting us at hello@picklebrained.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return for a refund. At this time, since we're still a small operation, you'd be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@picklebrained.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Shipping Policy

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but if you're in the U.S., it should take 3–4 business days. So in total, you can expect your order in 7–10 business days. Some of our products (like corduroy hats) take a little longer and will arrive in 15-20 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but we promise our stuff is worth the wait.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@picklebrained.com.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Check with your neighbor in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s front stoop, get in touch with us at hello@picklebrained.com with your order number.

Help! My package says it was delivered, but it’s not here!

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, send us a message with the order number to hello@picklebrained.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if a product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix the issue, please email us at hello@picklebrained.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
